Greetings, I absolutely LOVE what I do! I frequently tell clients upon meeting them that I am not a "cookie cutter" massage therapist. I believe that the mind, body and spirit connection is vital when balancing and renewing the body and this is what I truly love about my therapy and profession.

During my spare time I enjoy sacred time with my family and our goofy 11 yr old black Labrador retriever. I also love whipping up new vegetarian recipes while listening to music by Bob Marley. I am extremely adventurous so I find any reason to travel and learn about different cultures. I create jewelry during my time of solitude, and reading books on various topics surrounding health, and spirituality. This year I will be learning martial arts with my teacher Sifu Ron, and very excited about that experience! I would love to hear what you are up to,feel free to share when we connect.
