About the event
I will start with a guided meditation to help ground you and Reiki healing to assist you with removing blocks so you can feel more at ease.
I will start with a guided meditation with sound therapy to clear out all that is no longer serving us and bring in new energy to create, transform and expand. I will introduce you to my FIVE SENSES mindfulness meditation. This will allow you to sink deeper into your body. You will receive a hands on mini-treatment, gaining a better understanding of what Reiki is and how it works.
