FOR RESERVATIONS: All appointments can are scheduled online, and walk-ins are accepted upon availability. Cash and major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment; all remaining balances paid with a credit card will be charged a $3 fee. Cash payment is recommended.

Please read our cancellation policy below before booking an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
Please arrive 5-7 minutes before your treatment to find parking. Remember to complete our health intake and consent forms before your appointment. The links are in your booking email and appointment reminders. The information you provide will help us know "you" as the unique person you are and prevent any unintentional injuries related to service.
CANCELLATION POLICY: An appointment with a therapist is a commitment to honor the time you have reserved with your Massage Therapist. We know that life happens, and you may have to reschedule or cancel your session with us. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we ask for a 48-hour advance notice for individual appointments and 72 hours for packages. Clients who fail to honor their scheduled appointment without providing a 48 hours cancellation notice will be considered a "no-show," and their credit card will be charged 100% of the value for the missed appointment(s). DEPOSITS are non-refundable.
PRICES AND GRATUITIES: All treatments and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. Gratuity can be given in cash to our Staff Team. Thank you so much for your attention and participation.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY: All sales on services, products, and gift certificates are final. There are no refunds for any services performed.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates have no cash value and are not exchangeable. They are good towards services or products only. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES: At Serenity Wellness Massage, Customers receiving bodywork, skincare, and wellness services have the right and responsibility to communicate openly about their treatment during service. Our services are indented to assist you in feeling restored and at ease in your body. Please share your desires if you wish your therapist not to massage your feet, face, or scalp. In addition, informing your therapist of any health-related conditions that could cause discomfort or harm before and during your service with us is imperative. This would include but is not limited to pregnancy, recent surgeries, injuries, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, skin sensitivity, allergies, etc.
SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY: Sexual advances toward clients by any therapist will NOT be tolerated. Immediate termination of the therapist will follow any complaint investigated and where the claim's legitimacy is determined. Therapists who are approached by clients requesting sexual contact of any kind or experience a client trying to touch them in any inappropriate manner shall end the session immediately and contact the local Police Department IMMEDIATELY. The client will complete payment for the session and depart the premises. The client's name will be entered into the prohibited client database to prevent any subsequent appointments by the client. A police report will be filed outlining the incident.
