Serenity Wellness Massage Company Policy

 

FOR RESERVATIONS:

 

All appointments can be scheduled online, and walk-ins are accepted upon availability. Cash and major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.

 

***(PLEASE NOTE) WE DO NOT ACCEPT SPA WEEK GIFT CARDS AT THIS TIME.

 

Please read our cancellation policy below before booking an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

Please arrive at least 5-7 minutes prior to your treatment to find parking. Remember to complete our health intake and consent forms prior to your appointment. The links are in your booking email and appointment reminders. The information you provide us will help us know “you” as the unique person you are and prevents any unintentional injuries related to service.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: An appointment with a therapist is a commitment on your part to honor the time you have reserved with your Massage Therapist. We know that life happens and you may have to reschedule or cancel your session with us. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we ask for a 48 hour advance notice for individual appointments and 72 hours for packages. Clients who fail to honor their scheduled appointment without providing a 48 hours cancellation notice, will be considered a “no-show” and their credit card will be charged 100% of the value amount for the missed appointment(s). DEPOSITS are non-refundable.

 

PRICES AND GRATUITIES: All treatments and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. Gratuity can be given in cash to our Staff Team. Thank you in advance!

 

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY: All sales on services, products and gift certificates are final. There are no refunds for any services performed.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates have no cash value and are not exchangeable. They are good towards services or products only. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:At Serenity Wellness Massage, Customers receiving bodywork, skincare and/or wellness services have the right, and also the responsibility to communicate openly about their treatment during service. If you wish your therapist not to massage your feet, face or scalp; please communicate your desires. In addition, it is very important to inform your therapist of any health related conditions that could potentially cause you discomfort or harm before and during the course of your service with us. This would include, but is not limited to pregnancy, recent surgeries, injuries, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, skin sensitivity, allergies, etc. Our services are indented to assist you in feeling restored and at ease in your own body.

 

SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY: Sexual advances toward clients by any therapist will not be tolerated. Immediate termination of the therapist will follow any complaint that is investigated and where legitimacy of the claim is determined. Therapists who are approached by clients requesting sexual contact of any kind, or experience a client trying to touch them in any inappropriate manner shall end the session immediately and ask the client to dress, complete payment for session and depart the premises. The client's name will be entered into the prohibited client database to prevent any subsequent appointments being made by the client. A police report will be filed outlining the incident.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE ON BEHALF OF THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS VISITING SERENITY WELLNESS MASSAGE LLC.
