 Weekly Guided Self-Massage & Restorative Stretching 

Enhance your well-being with a rejuvenating blend of self-massage and restorative stretching designed to promote clarity, flow, and ease in your body. This guided session empowers you with proven techniques to build strength and relaxation from within.

Each class begins with a grounding meditation to center your mind, followed by a dynamic sequence incorporating chair yoga and guided self-massage. Experience deep relaxation and renewed vitality as you learn effective methods to release tension and enhance mobility.

What to Bring:
✅ Water bottle
✅ Yoga blocks
✅ Yoga mat
✅ A sturdy, non-rolling chair

Once payment is complete, you will receive a Zoom link immediately sent to your email. You can register up to 1 hour before class. Once class starts, I give a 5 min grace period.
