A few minutes of foam rolling can help release tension, improve mobility, and reset your whole body.


Start by slowly rolling the outer hips and glutes (hello, hip stabilizers!), then work gently along the lower back—avoiding the spine directly and focusing on the surrounding muscles. Breathe deeply, move slowly, and let the pressure melt away tight spots.
